Explore the wilderness, develop your outdoor skills, and get in touch with your inner adventurer with GSCI this summer! Discover rare landscapes and habitats as you hike and paddle around Kelley’s Island State Park. Then we’ll head off the beaten path into Pennsylvania’s Allegheny National Forest where we’ll find solitude and connection with our new friends and the natural surroundings. The trip isn’t over as the mountains are calling and we must go to Adirondack State Park! Rest your legs while we go whitewater rafting one day, then pack up and head into the wilderness on foot with your fellow adventurers before heading back to Tapawingo for closing campfire.
*Please note: Campers must provide their own personal outdoor gear (backpacking backpack, boots, rain gear, etc.). Group gear (tents, cooking equipment, etc.) is provided.
